My sister Callyfin commissioned me for a piece that is very important to her. here she is in her phoenix form, flying with her canaries. Sadly these beautiful birds have left his world, and Cally wanted this picture as a memorial to their beautiful spirits.

This was a commissioned piece by the awesome Brokken of his characters Brokken and Sake having some.. well holiday fun.. although it seems like Sake is having all of the fun ;) This was meant to be a Holiday card, to int he original the box of lights and ornaments are located on the front cover, the string of lights trailing off the edge. (hence the negative space D: my apologies there)

catching up with long overdue commissions. heres the first, for Kanashimi Sai- called "kitsune in mourning" or "狐の哀哭" I /believe/ Japanese is correct. if anyone knows of a more appropriate way to say such please correct me- 私の漢字はへたです ._. done in a more 'loose' and freehand style to mimic the old japanese woodblocks.
